This weeks menu under 500 cals was tasty, simple to make and quite filling.

Birds Eye Salmon with Thyme & Lemon Sauce - 230 Cals
Corn on the cob - 50 cals
Sprouts - 40 cals
Sugar Snap Peas - 40 cals
mushrooms - 25 cals
